ahhh, its been ages since i last blogged.
basically i've been so darned busy with all my assignments n work from uni that i've hardly had much time to breathe! micro econs n management essay, qm1 individual n group assignment, n 2 accounting tests that are linked. how i've survived, i dont know, but some how i did it. although i'm not too sure i'm gonna do well for accounting. was pretty satisfied with my essays n qm1 stuff, but accounting was pretty shaky cos its soooooo darned complicated! not just the theory of it all, but the recording n all are just heaps n heaps of steps one after another. i swear i nearly pulled all my hair out just because of accounting. more big sighhs: my exams are in 3 weeks!!! my first paper is on the very first time slot of the very first day of uni exams, how good is that. -.- but at least my last paper's pretty early, so i'm not complaining too much. although i do wonder what in the bloody world am i gonna do here in melbourne with everyone back in the home country. hmmm...
n i so have to ramble about a certain "group" of people, 2 groups of people to be more accurate. i'm not gonna be specific to avoid any controversy i may receive.
well these 2 groups are the most irritating groups in the world. they talk excessively loud, oblivious to the rest of the world around them. for example, they could be in a quiet library, when not only do they not turn their mobile phones on silent, but they answer it when it rings with a exclamatory "HELLO!?!?!?!" then they'll continue on at the top of their voices over the phone, completely disregarding the fact that the whole damn library is glaring at them. thats scenario one. scenario two is when these groups of people will talk bloody loudly in lectures to their friend seated next to them, even while the lecturer is trying to talk n put across his points. in fact, these people are so damn bloody irritating that it'll just make u feel like turning to them n punching them to knock them out cold just so u can get some silence. scenario three, ur ipod is plugged in, u've turned up the volume so loud that u cant even hear the train as it chugs along the railway. 3 seats away are these groups of people chatting away non-stop, at the top of their lungs, as usual. n u can bloody hear them over the music blasting into ur ears! i dont want to bloody know what u did today, or who u did today, or who u want to do today, or whatever makes ur stupid useless life tick. I DONT WANT TO KNOW. yet they dont give a damn n make sure the old lady on the opposite end of the train carriage can hear their stories.
UGH! i wish i could give these people i piece of my mind sometimes! n i swear those who know me well enough can testify that nice words dont come out of my mouth when i'm pissed off. sigh, but i guess i'm trying to live like a better christian n keep my head cool, not snap at people, n be nice. after all, Jesus never said "bugger off" to people even when He was tired. ah well, u cant run from these people i guess, the two groups put together make up half the world's population. so u can run, but u cant hide from them, they're everywhere whether u like it or not.
i really should get back to studying.
all the best to the living legend, robbie "god" fowler, liverpool's frontline will never ever be the same without u. all the best in whatever u do next, the kop'll always remember ur wonderful magic moments. YNWA.
its our second champions' league final in 3 years! how good a record is that??!!? rafa's a real footballing genius. i just hope he'll stay for years n years to come n win us a few premiership titles while he's here! haha! no words can put the kind of pride i feel after liverpool beat chelsea. with our tight budget n less prolific signings, i'm really impressed by rafa n the team with the performances they've been putting in.
i cant wait for the final now!! woo hoo!! a european trophy this season would do just fine. :)
n read this on soccernet from the post-match review:
Fine playing surfaces are often compared to bowling greens. The Anfield pitch must have been more like a sofa, judging by the amount of time some of the visitors spent lying upon it
LOL! eat that moan-inho.
